The first song we typically do, in the band I'm in right now, is "Stir It Up" by Bob Marley and the Wailers. It's a real laid back type song that we've added a jam to the end of so it's pretty easy to warm up during the song.

you mean, sound check doesn't count?!
I just warm up naturally, I honestly don't think about it, I just do it. I pick up the bass, play something easy to get my hands into it to make stuff "easier" and I gradually work into harder stuff. Just the way my brains works, I don't have to tell myself to do it. Nothing specific I run over everytime, maybe just some song thats on my mind or some do-itty that was in my brain at school.

I warm up by first by shaking and rubbing my hands to get the blood flowing, then going up and down the fretboard using all my fingers.

Usually I jam with the drummer before we start for fun, but it definetly helps me get ready for the actual songs since it gets my creative juices flowing, and I dont really play any set parts for most the parts, but rather just jam around the chords the guitarist are playing.

Peace
Nick

I've found that for me warming up is especially crucial when I'm going to play some funky, grooving sixteenth note jams or something. I can play these for much longer if warmed up and if I don't I eventually just lose the groove...that's baaaaaad.

Oh I almost forgot.....

Though it really isnt a warmup, I take off my shoes and socks before I play.

Playing barefoot is a thing I must do. Im just more comfortable that way, and when we're on certain stages, I can really feel the bass and kick drums through the floor.

Peace
Nick

I much prefer being barefoot myself, but I've gotten out of that habit...Played on a concrete floor once and I forgot and took my shoes off...ZAP!

I usually warm up at home by playing random songs three times...slow and stretching, half-speed, then normally...Before gigs, the guitarist and I do a mellow groovy jam or two.
