Does anyone own a copy of FUnk Bass by Jon Liebman?

Sign in to disble this ad
I own this, but have lost the enclosed CD. I'm wondering if anyone out there would be kind enough to rip the CD for me?

I hope this is ok to post, I actually do own the book (I can send you a pic if you need it), but lost the cd & want to start going through it... I've owned this book for probably 5 years, and have never gone through it !

Thanks

I've got it- I'll find the CD tonight and check to see that it's still in working condition (haven't used it in years). I'll let you know.

Still haven't found mine (it's MIA along with a bunch of my favorite CDs in a cd book somewhere in the house)- I will let you know when it turns up if you can't get another copy by then.

Sad thing is that I have the book right next to me

This might frustrate you further, but i also have a copy, but can't put my finger on it at the moment. I'm moving house in a couple of weeks, and it's probably at the bottom of one of my boxes.

If you don't have any luck soon, give me a shout and I'll dig it out once I've moved.

Um, me too...

I actually broke my CD. Anybody wanna help a bass-bruddah out? I promise to send a near-equal value item in return. PM me if you're willing...

I FINALLY found my copy of the CD if anyone needs it. It's going to stay right here in my music room from now on.

Oh, and my copy of Gary Willis' instructional CD for Fingerboard Harmony is destroyed, if anyone has a copy of that for me

Seems like this book is popular. Would someone please post a review? What skill level, did it help you, etc.

Does it mention anywhere that he is from Michigan by chance?
I know a bass player named Jon Liebman who is also in the broadcasting field. Just curious if it's the same person.

Yup- it says he lives in Southfield Michigan (although the book is several years old).

I realize this post is dated, but do you still have the CD? I've also missing my copy and am looking for one.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

FWIW: That's why the first thing I do after receiving a Book/CD/DVD combo, is to back up the CD/DVD...
