I own this, but have lost the enclosed CD. I'm wondering if anyone out there would be kind enough to rip the CD for me?
I hope this is ok to post, I actually do own the book (I can send you a pic if you need it), but lost the cd & want to start going through it... I've owned this book for probably 5 years, and have never gone through it !

| | | | This might frustrate you further, but i also have a copy, but can't put my finger on it at the moment. I'm moving house in a couple of weeks, and it's probably at the bottom of one of my boxes.
If you don't have any luck soon, give me a shout and I'll dig it out once I've moved.

Buzz | Yup- it says he lives in Southfield Michigan (although the book is several years old). |
