I've taken loads of lessons but for some reason this guy just explained everything to me really well and to the point. This first vid is basically a muscular exercise to get to know your neck and for your left hand.

He's got more videos you just have to sift through all the other videos on the channel. Cuz it's a pretty kew channel as it is that just shows you how to do a bunch of different things. I haven't delved to far into it but it's worth checking out.

Cool channel. Anyone know what kind of bass that guy is playing is in the first vid?
