| DVD 4-string instructionals with booklets??

I've searched the forums, but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I have just bought the Jaco on Modern Bass which came with a booklet. I also have the John Myung video which also came with a little booklet. Are there any other videos that are accompanied by these little treasures? They are a really good companion, and I find I learn a lot quicker having a reference. I'm mainly looking for a DVD with scales, technique, slapping etc. Just an all-around good DVD to enhance my playing techniques. Thanks!
