DVDs/Books for sweeping technique

Any good videos or instruction books for the sweeping technique? I'm looking for something that has exercises as well as visually shows you step by step how the technique is executed.

Maybe no one else has asked this question because they don't want to start a flame war, but why would you want to play that on bass? Seriously. Those licks are only good at Guitar Center.

As far as I remember, it's not out yet, and in any case, I haven't seen it, so I don't know for sure, but Franck Hermanny's bass instruction DVD may have something on sweeping, since he uses it every now and then:
