I wanted to start a new one because that thread had become silly. That the kindest way I'll put it. I tried/am trying to delete that one.

It's a little far fetched but not too bad If you were a performance major at berklee in the last 20 years you took this class. Most likely taught by this guy.

Ok...I thought the other one had been a good discussion about bebop...but I guess I was wrong.

Actually, I thought the "silliest" thing about the previous thread ws how the OP kept coming back whining "Hey, guys, cut it out, that's not what my thread is supposed to be about!"

Andrew, have you tried contacting Ed directly?

(and btw, it's spelled Tomassi, one m.)

Merry Xmas!

Nice to see you boys again, obviously I thought you were obnoxious and immature before. That's why I made a effort to remove myself from you. I Really appreciate your communication/listening skills and deciding to follow me, even escalating by attempting to taunt me to your level.

to 'Bebop' a scale is just to add 1 note so that the chord tones occur on the down beat if play with 8th notes.
like the minor scale
1.2.b3.4.5.b6.b7.7|1
d.u.d..u.d..u...d.u|d
