Flea DVD

I picked up the flea dvd..spontaneous jamming or whatever its called. I think its OK. I am learning Flea's slap technique since it works better for me than other slap methods. But other than that I am not sure what i can learn .
But I was wondering what your opinions of this dvd are?

i liked it, it was intresting, i like Flea, and there is some good stuff on that dvd, theres not really many licks to learn or anything, but still good to watch
