I don't have or know of the tab, but I do have the entire song in standard notation from an old issue of Bass Player that I'd be happy to scan for you if you'd like. PM me or reply to the thread...

ah no need to its never too late to learn how to do this sort of stuff, and you've just been given a great opportunity to start learning it. You should try it, the benefits are well worth the frustration. (yes its frustrating) Also theres lots of great people here that are more than willing to help you with any questions you have. Trust me on that, Ive been asking them so many theory questions latly that Im waiting for them to bite my head off, but theyre all really cool and more than willing to lend a helping hand.
