Free Rhythm Training Program?

Sign in to disble this ad
I did a search couldn't find anything.

I was wondering if there was a free rhythm training software program that would give me a few bars to tap out a rhythm on the spacebar and would tell me if I did I played it correctly.

(Something a little harder then just quater notes half notes and 8th notes)

If you want a sure fire way to figure out the rythm of a measure, a)split the measure into fourths if its in 4/4 time, or by 3 if its in 3/4 time, or basically into each beat like for 12/8, into 4, or 7/4 into 7. b) take each beat and multiply the value of each of the notes by 4 so you can play it slowly, fully appreciating the entire rythm. c)cut the values in half, then play them normally, and finally play the entire measure beats after you have analyzed it all.

This may be lengthy, but it is a surefire way of getting the rythm.
