On another note... no pun intended... as many of you may or may not know I studied with Gary Willis a few years back. One of the most useful lessons I had with him was a his break down of which pentatonic substitutions he used when soloing over Blue Bossa. In fact I think it spanned over about 2 or 3 lessons with him. for my next tutorial I was thinking about going through this exact lesson with you guys and breaking down exactly what he told me.

I had no clue you can switch to different pentatonics and stuff..
Usually when i solo over a tune or blue bossa.. ill just stick to one pentatonic scale the whole solo... like c minor or something..
