| Good bass guitar instructor in Delaware ?

I will be relocating to Delaware in the next 6 to 9 months and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good instructor in the Dover to Newark area. My interests in styles are gospel, blues, jazz, r&b. I have been teaching myself, but I would like to hook up with someone who can help with all facets of playing (technique, theory etc.).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
