Depending on how strong your technique is, this one can be quite challenging. I've been doing this one lately, it helps you get your fingers in shape and forces you to learn the fingerboard:
Pick a key (say C major), and play it up and down in each position. So, play C Ionian, then D dorian, then E phrygian, etc. If you don't know your modes, then just figure out what the notes in C major are starting with open strings, first fret, third fret, etc.
When you get comfortable with this, play up the first mode, down the second mode, up the third, etc.
Now try doing it just on the E and A strings, then just on the A and D, then on D and G. Leaving out two strings makes it a lot harder than you would think.
Do this every day and you will know your fingerboard incredibly well. When I started this I actually spent two weeks on C major before moving on the F. Eventually, you should be able to think of a key and immediately see and feel the notes all over the fingerboard.
