You should do a search both here and in the Technique forum. There are many excellent exercise threads filled with loads of great ideas.

2 octave major, minor, harmonic/melodic minor scales w/ triad and 7th chord arps played at a moderatly slow tempo in all keys (through the cycle of 4ths), is a great way to get the juices flowing.
try to use the same fingerings for each key, starting on the E string. then increase the tempo when you have it down.
