Hanon & scales help

Hi guys, i just started self learning bass for few months, and heard ppl saying hanon and scales helps a lot. So i was thinking where to find some hanon and scales online free. I found some scales online but not sure how to play them. Can someone please teach me about scales? and where to find hanon for bass?been searching online but can't find any. I don't have a c.card so i can't buy online, and also i live in malaysia and they don't sell those books. Please try to help me thanks.

Notice the fretboard patterns take place over four frets and we have four fingers, yes, use all four of your fingers.
