I'm stumped! And I could use some help. I'm trying to do this intro
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxjKRH3kUJ8
and finding the harmonics is proving a difficult task.
Does anyone have an idea what Mark is doing? Are they natural or pinch harmonics?

Naturals are sufficient enough here to do the job.
Do not be too much impress by this, all you need are papers & lead pencils. Key are CHARTS (diagrams).
Soon you'll be able to do the same and more.
There are some good books out there to begin and learn from.
Best is "Harmonics For Electric Bass" (chord dictionary) by Adam Novick (Rare).

Also, take a look at this guy
