TTT=To The Top(of the forum, where it may garner more attention- usually seen in classified ads
Feeler=*I'm feeling out whether there's interest in my item, or I'm not sure I wanna sell*

BTW(By The Way)this might belong in miscelleneous(music-related, as opposed to relating to general instruction).

"TTT" means "to the top", which is another way of saying "bump", as in "I am posting to bump my thread back to the top of the page".

"Feeler" means they have something for sale but they aren't sure they want to sell it, and they will only sell if it looks like they can get better than market value for their item.

That last bit in italics is my own editorial opinion, but I believe it to be true 99% of the time.

In amps, it's a class of amplifier design. Google "class AB amp" for details. In a comparison of two items, one of them is "A" and the other is "B", so A/B means two items were compared side by side.

Generally means that you played two basses/amps next to one another to determine, tone/sound/problems, most likely using an A/B/Y switch

Thank you both. I've seen them a lot recently and didn't want to start a thread just for that..

Here's one that I've never seen on TalkBass, but I see it a lot on another forum I frequent:

brb

...but it's definitely not "Be Right Back", because it gets inserted at the beginning of sentences, and used multiple times within a single paragraph. Almost like a bullet-point...or, alternatively, like the text equivalent of a superflous speech mannerism, like "y'know?" or "nomsayin?"
