"Feeler" means they have something for sale but they aren't sure they want to sell it, and they will only sell if it looks like they can get better than market value for their item.
That last bit in italics is my own editorial opinion, but I believe it to be true 99% of the time. |

...but it's definitely not "Be Right Back", because it gets inserted at the beginning of sentences, and used multiple times within a single paragraph. Almost like a bullet-point...or, alternatively, like the text equivalent of a superflous speech mannerism, like "y'know?" or "nomsayin?" |
