Help me to DeGAS...

Hey hey,

It's a happy problem actually. Two hands...10 basses. What's the best way to trim the herd down to just 3, one 6 string, one 5 and one 4?

The problem is I play a wide range of music and feel I need the right bass for the right genre. Hahaha, how to let go??

There's what's in the stable:
6ers
Yamaha Trb6pii
Yamaha JM6

5ers
Warwick Boradneck Streamer LX
Le Compte STSS
Tune Fretless

4ers
Yamaha BB2004
another Yamaha some old model passive bass
Logan P bass
Fender Mij Pbass strung with flats
Bouldercreek acoustic bass

Peace

Rob

Does one walk into a bar to ask for help in quitting drinking?

Keep the 3 5ers, string one with flats. Should cover you for anything.

Send the rest to me. Done.

Sell them all, but a 6 string Dingwall and never look back. If you can't get hired playing that bass, then it's probably because your playing isn't up to par, not that you don't fit the 'look' or 'Fender sound'.

6 strings? Dingwall? Sounds like a gig killer.

Get a P bass.
