Not physically.. bassically (lol)

The thing is i stopped playing bass for quite a while and the worst part is that i don't even know why..

Basically what im asking for is general tips and suggestions to get back to where i was before. I was no Jaco but i wasnt a total begginer. Right now i feel too slow and with no stamina nor dexterity at all and it is extremely frustrating.

Anyway i know im not the only one who has gone through something like this so im looking forward to reading your replies guys.

Cheers, keep it heavy

You've got some rust - start playing - it'll come off. Playing by yourself is no fun, find some live breathing people to play with, if that is not happening then jam tracks, DVD's, CD's, etc.

You need to be around other musicians. Jamming circles, church praise bands, whatever you can find.
