Help me get out of the box!

I need some scale exercises that will help me get out of the box. Major, Minor, Penatonic....the works.

I haven't got many responses in the past so help me out people.

Check out Jamey Aebersold's website. I can't recomend his stuff enough. I'm getting a lot of great info from him.
