I live in the Atlanta area too(Duluth to be exact) and i was wondering if you had any suggestions about where I could go for some good bass lessons. I took lessons from an awesome local player named Tom Young but he took a job involvong a tour with a soul artist called Donnie, if you've heard of him. If you could suggest anyone or any place for lessons I'd really appreciate it |

there's a guy in town named russ rogers who is great, used to be the head of bass department at aim. i don't however have contact info for him - you might try pacman (he used to live in atlanta and actually told me about russ). good luck with it.
btw, if you're not busy tomorrow, come on out and hear my band play at 10 p.m. at the library grill. = http://www.thelibrarybar.com/default.aspx
hope you can make it.
