Question how can i play a fermenta?

i'ma beginner and i've been practicing for 3 months and i've been reading lots of tabs but in Red Hot Chilli Pepper's song Californication there is a fermata i can't play it right how can i ?

Do you mean a "fermata"?
That's simply a sustain. (hold).

ditto... just hold the note down for as long as is musically agreeable.

Yep, fermata just means to hold the note for longer than its stated value, effectively pausing the music.

Fermenta, I think is something to do with eating beans.

Fermatta's typically appear in Show tunes, they are a conducted hold. So you stay on the note until whoever is conducting/leading the band indicates to continue.

I have fermatas at the end of several songs I do with the big band, so I usually just let it decay at the normal rate. If it needs to be continuous in volume until the end, I'll increase the volume slowly to match the rate of decay or at least slow it.

If you want to be a bit rock and roll about the fermatas, you can try putting the bass facing your amp and letting it feed back a little.
