How to find a rehearsal space?

Sign in to disble this ad
My band and I have recently heard that our space wont be available anymore bc the owner is moving and selling the place. Because we heard about it through word of mouth, we're kinda clueless as to what we are going to do now.

I just posted an add in the musicians section of cl, but are there any other ways to find out about local spots that accommodate loud bands? We are in the southern ri to southeast ct area, if you know of any local spots..

Do a google search,

Fender | Epiphone | Marshall | Dean | Yorkville | Taylor | D-Drum | Ampeg | Pawtucket, Rhode Island - The Music Complex RI

Rehearsal Space in New England

JamStage - Home

Music Nomad - Hourly & Monthly Lockout Rehearsal Studios and Rooms

Just a few that I found on a quick search.
If all else fails, rent a heated storage unit with electric. There were several articals about people doing this in Cali.

Loud was the key word.

We have one insurance agent in town located in a strip mall that has a jamming session every Monday night - after every other business in the mall has gone home for the day.

Loud X'ed using one of the member's garage.

Good luck.
