How to teach my son Bass?

Hi im just interested to know who has kids in this forum. If you do what is the most effective way you introduced him to the bass. What did you teach him, and is bass a good instrument to start off on. If this makes any sense, thanks. I have a 1 month old son.

Well, ask us in a few years when he'll be able to hold a small bass at least!
Till then, lot's of good basslines should be taking place around the house
