Hi there

I'm not sure but I think there's another part of this site where people put up their details for teaching stuff - might be worth having a look around.

How far are u from Phoenix? Check the universities. I think Az St and AZ uni have good jazz schools. Find out who teaches bass there and call him/her or find them on Facebook and see if they do private lessons. Also, give thebassplace a call and ask them. If ur really serious about
taking your playing to the next level, it may be worth a long drive once or twice a month for lessons or you could move to Phoenix.

Might consider online lessons. I have so much "real-life" going on, that I couldn't dedicate myself to weekly lessons, but I wanted to keep learning. I can fall behind or catch up as my schedule permits. I am doing Paul Wolfe's Basslines 101 on how-to-play-bass.com. I'm about 20% through it, and there's lotsa stuff I didn't used to do, that are now second nature.

Check him out...he's a TB member, too!
