| Instructional books for the intermedate player?

Hey all,
I feel as I'm in a bit of a rut and need to keep learning, so I'm wondering if there are any good books for someone in my position. I'm a 25 year player, with a basic grasp on theory, scales, modes, etc...so I don't need to start at the beginning. I have had a couple years in lessons from a great bassist, but due to a poor economy, as well as some serious time constraints, I had to stop.
I'm looking for something that will continue to improve my playing and musical knowledge. I know there are plenty of online resources, but I was hoping for something a bit more structured.
Any suggestions on a good instructional book? Preferably something that has CD accompaniment...my notation reading is poor, so I'd rather not have to completely slog through it. I can see the notes, just not the rhythm.
Thanks!
