Unhappy InstructionTapeBookletProblem

I have bought a bunch of instruction tapes used and thought I had made a good deal. You can see that they have been used, but they are still ok.
Unfortunately I did not think of the booklets until I was back home playing the tapes. The problem is: I did not get any. It is too late for me to go back and complain, because I bought the tapes while I was on vacation.
Do any of you have any ideas as to where I could maybe find the booklets for the following videos online?

The Slap Bass Program,
Nathan East,
Stu Hamm 2,

(Jaco Pastorius,
Billy Sheehan)

I guess I can figure some stuff out without the booklet, but that would really challange me and if I get stuff wrong I might miss the point of the lesson.
Especially the Slap Bass Program booklet would help me out.

Thank you very much,
orthanc
