An interesting perspective

I do not know if it is because I had a bit of background in music theory and part writing, but this little clip seems to make a lot of sense just from the visual aspect on seeing how music can look.

Perhaps this can open a new way of looking at music for some. If not, enjoy the piece

Tab for ears?
I've heard that some autistic geniuses think in shapes and forms. This is interesting Makes me think of The Simpsons daughter who plays the saxophone -when she trips out and says " I can see the music!"

This is pretty much how the "piano roll" view in any computer-based sequencer (Logic, Digital Performer, etc.) looks, and if you've got a big enough screen, you can definitely (sort of) read it like music (at least rhythmically)

hahaha I vaguely remember that episode of the Simpsons... I must watch it now! Gotta love synthesia!

I have not worked on any DAWs I have Sonor X1 Producer and cannot figure out a damned thing about it.... lame.

I personally find some concepts in part writing visually seen on the display. Like, when you jump up a 4th or more, you immediately descend. How you only hit the climax of a phrase once and you descend. The counter melodies that move in opposite directions. The bass that jumps around without worry of an even flow into the next... cause that is what is awesome about bass!
