Intermediate Bass Book - Dave Overthrow

Hi, I was working through the exercises in Dave Overthrows Intermediate Bass book (Great book) and i have some how mislaid the CD . Does anyone have a copy, that they could email the mp3 to me? I would willing to pay £2 to cover the time
