Great book, very good for sight reading, interpretation, intonation, timing etc. And the etudes are very musical and melodic and fun to play.
A book that one can enjoy for a long time. Recommended!!!

i've just got this book and its great! especially because it does not have any fingering, so you can let your imagination run wild. very well written. good for reading, good for positions and it sounds musical!

Indeed a good book. One of my teachers had we working out of it for a little while. I should really pick it up.

Very fine book. It really got me hearing and dealing with the upper range of the bass. Etudes are very musical. They sound good at many different tempos and interps.

It should be a part of your library.

It really forces you to incorporate your entire fretboard in sight reading, helping you break out of the habit of relying on everything below D4
