The bimbo doing/reading those wooden intros, complete with low-cut dresses (I wanna learn bass, not ogle the bimbo) put me off this course. If it has to use that approach to get my custom, it can't be that good.

You would be wrong, but to each their own. After watching Roy for an hour, Ashley is a welcome sight =) (no offense Roy!)

i'd be more inclined to judge by the content,and from what i've read it's considered excellent......i've read enough of roy's posts here to form a very positive view of his approach,methods,and above all,character.....

I don't disagree with what you say, but it's just I can't get round that girl doing the intros.

Absolutely annoying. I mean, can she even play bass??

I have a lot of tutor DVDs for various things and if I'm being taught I prefer the player to do the teaching, intros and other bits included. Just seems more honest and right that way.

Having a sexy gal with an irritating sugary voice and wooden delivery there for show is way out of place.

Here intro and outro can be skipped and you wont miss a thing.
