Keyboard for Accompaniment/Practice...Suggestions?

I am thinking of getting a cheap small portable keyboard to hammer out chords and work on theory as well as use it as an accompaniment tool for practicing. Can anyone suggest a good cheap one for less than $100? New or used?

dick smith and Harvey Norman always have cheap ones for about 70 bucks but the problem is they might be Australian only companies,
