Looking for bass instructor in Richmond, Va.

I'm looking for an intermediate to advanced bass instructor in the Richmond or Charlottesville Va. area. Prefer someone with fretless and music theory experience.
I'm willing to drive around 1 to 1-1/2 hours from Charlottesville.
