Looking for sheet music software that will....

Okay folks,

What I'd like to find is some PC software that will allow me to create sheet music on the bass clef (or treble and bass clef...), and then be able to play that sheet music as an audio file and/or export a midi audio file. I'd also, of course, want to be able to print out the sheet music I'd be creating.

I think older versions of cakewalk would do this, but does anyone know of a software program that will do this?

Thanks,

:^)~

Nevermind, I found one that will. Finale has a product called "Print Music" that will do just this.

You might want to check out Noteworthy Composer for only US$39. You can also download a free evaluation copy.

Just to let you know, almost any standard notation program today will do that. Finale and Sibelius (which for the most part are the industry standards) both do this. I have Finale 2004, but I use both Finale and Sibelius in school.
