I used to have that video many years ago and then lost it (stupid teenager). For many years I've missed it! I enjoyed watching it more than playing to it. Louis jams.
i noticed he used his thumb on his left hand for the e and a strings, i started doing that before i saw it on here and my band gave me **** saying that not how u play bass... damn people with their one track minds

Ive still got that video and play it from time to time just to go over some good old slap technique or show some friends after a night of drinking, although I never did get much into the thumb over the top thing...
