"Mean Florida Blues" by Macon Ed

Not sure really where to post this, so I will try here first.

I need some help breaking down "Mean Florida Blues".

I need help discerning all the lyrics, first off. All of the recordings I can find are the old 1930's recording, and some of the words aren't clear to me.

I think I can figure out the chord structure with some repeated listening, but if you have a recording handy, please feel free to offer up your advice. This is OLD blues. It doesn't seem to fit the 1-4-5 of the new stuff.
