| | | | They all seem to be capable of the doing the job. I have a Joyo Tuner+Metronome and I think it is great because it has a clip so I can put it on the head and walk around or whatever I want to do with it.
I would go for the Korg MA-30 because I think that having an expensive metronome is kind of useless, no need to spend a lot of money on a device that goes "bleep".
Or just use a metronome online. |

If you happen to be an iPhone user, there is a metronome app by Frozen Ape that costs $0.99 US and does almost everything that my $40.00 Boss metronome does. I use it more than any other metronome now, because it's always there. |

Why buy one when you can get one free on the Internet?

As far as your choices are concerned, I think the TM40 is the best bang for your buck. Ive been working in music retail for a long time and I basically think that qwiktime and qwiktune is crap that won't last you a year. The MA30 is good, but for $10 more you can have a great tuner too. It picks up a low B pretty accurately and has reference pitches. Some people complain the metrnome isn't loud enough, but the same goes for the MA30. There's a headphone jack anyways. Hope this helps! |
