Has anyone everheard of a program called midilogic. If so,
could you give me some info. on it, please.

looks to me like a midi editing/playback package pretty similar to the likes of guitar pro.

I use a program called Tuxguitar and then use guitar pro and power tab files. Its free (opensource) and dies the job fine. I haven't tried actually writing anythin gin it yet, but you can edit a file.
