Music Theory lecture DVDs?

Hello!
I am new to this forum. I am pretty excited to have stumbled across it.

I am a new-ish bass player. I haven't had lessons yet, and am self taught. I am a sloppy player, and I want to get lessons as soon as I can afford it. In the meantime, I am going to practice Scales and try and learn songs that inspire me.

I also want to find a instructional video or DVD that is like Music Theory 101. I think understanding theory and learning how to read music will help me a great deal. So if anyone knows of any Software or lecture DVDs or anything else, please let me know.

I don't know of any theory DVD's but you can go to this site and get allot of good theory information free.
