My First Bass Solo: Bass Chords

This is my first attempt at creating a bass solo here, or for that matter using bass chords as well.

Check it out and give me some honest feedback, I just whipped it up last night.

Are you hunching over your bass?

Sounded pretty good. It looks to me like you're slapping on the fretboard, rather than just near it. Whatever works, but I personally find this uncomfortable.

I'm sure someone else here will pick out problems with your technique, but I thought it was all right.

I found it not too shabby. As you stated, the beginning was Schism, but after only 4 months its understandable. Keep em coming!

Ha, yeah. My slapping technique is sloppy at best. And I'm not intentionally hunching over, maybe it's just the chair.

I wouldn't be opposed to suggestions; I'm sure some leading and walking notes would help here and there between chords, but I'll just work on it some more and maybe I can get something really cool sounding.
