need 2 solo pieces

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok im doing music this year for year 11(form 5 for the oldies) and im required to do 3 solo pieces, ive already chosen Pulling Teeth as one but cannot think of 2 others. ive got about a school term (8-10weeks) to perfect em. Currently with my skill level i can do 2 handed scales, almost syncronised 2 hand scales(working on it), slap and just general scales. Any ideas, i was thinking maybe some Bach. But yer looking for more bass orientered bass songs.

Cheers in advance

Have a listen to "Dune Tune" by Level 42. (Ignore the weird space noises!)

Nice solo bass piece and not too hard, nice easy melody with some open strings to fill it out and a nice slap bit in the middle.
