the big book says a jazz minor is a melodic minor with a raised 6 and 7 both ascending and descending

super locrian=locrian w/ lowered 4th step....or a melodic minor built on the note a half step above

does not show a lydian augmented....the raised fourth is part of the lydian scale

minor 13 appears to be built from a minor pentatonic or a dorian mode
nothing in the major family w/ a b13

i see no semi locrian but there's a locrian #2 that is the second mode of the harmonic minor or is built from a whole step half step dim

b 9 appears in the dominant group

according to the ron middlebrook scale book..if i missed anything i'm sure ill hear about it...hope that helps
