Need help w/ finding practicing materials

So here is the deal. I want to learn how to read the bass cleff while simultaneously learning the fretboard more intamately and learning scales. I thought to myself if I could find a scale book made for bass this would be perfect! But alas im broke and looking for something on the internet lol so if any of you guys know about any sweet (preferably free) online bass resources it would be greatly appreciated!
