Need to update my practice routine

hey, i really need to update my current practice routine, at the minute, i spend 15 minutes werking on right hand technique (fingerstyle), 15 minutes on left hand technique, basicly by running scales all the way up and all the way back down the neck, making sure i'm playing without any mistakes, making sure i'm accurate and smoothly and relaxed, then i practice slap pop for 15-20 minutes, then practice with a metonome for 10-15 minutes.

my fingerstyle technique has improved alot just within the last month from practicing like this, but this routine is becoming stale, and i'm not sure what i could do instead of this, i wonna know how i'm meant to use intervals effectivly, i know the intervals, but just dont know what todo with them, i would also like to know how to use modes properly, i know the 7 modes, but dont really know how to use them properly, i would also like to know some chord progressions.
what would be a better way to practice scales, intervals, modes, and put it into a routine? i'd really apprisiate any input, your current routine, or anything

you should definitely add transcription/eartraining to your routine.
i also don't understand why you seperate "practicing with a metronome" from the other stuff you do. IMO you should work on those things with a metronome, too.

actually, yeah i dont really know why i did that lol, i'll practice everything in my routine with a metronome from now on, i used todo alot of transcribing, but i dont so much now, ill start doing it again, so i'll pick something, and spend half an hour a day transcribing it. ill also say the notes i'm playing when running scales, to make my memorary of the fretboard more fluent

Any more advice from anyone would be greatly apprisiated.
