Notating Music

I'm notating music for my first time for a school project, and I am stuck. Here's what the issue is:

I have no idea how to make it so I don't just have 'ending 1', 'ending 2', etc, with a repeat sign after to go to the chorus. Like, how can I make the chorus so it is the only thing repeated, and then it goes into a different verse?

If this makes no sense, my bad. Just ask.

Does the song go
Verse
Chorus
Chorus
Verse
Chorus
Chorus
?

You may have a couple options, depending on the overall song structure.

scroll down several screens and it then goes into detail on what you want. Slow down when you get to "Repeats".

//:CHORUS VERSE://

That gets you
CHORUS
VERSE
CHORUS
VERSE
then just add another CHORUS

//:CHORUS VERSE:// CHORUS

This assumes that the melodic material is the same for each chorus and verse (if the lyrics are different you can just write those underneath each other to differentiate first time through, second time through etc.)

But if each VERSE is different melodic material, you'll need to do a 1st ending, 2nd ending.
