One more question About The Major Pentonic scale

Ok one of the teachers who is the store onwer told me that if you play with out the G octave, you will be playing mygirl, what did he mean by that? Just the opeing riff?, and nothing else?

I'm pretty sure you need the octave G, but yes, it's the opening riff.

Google.com is an excellent search engine for this kind of stuff, dude.I just search on 'my girl tabs' and this is the first that came up. So go get 'em!

This isn't the TAB section, but the bass never doubles the guitar on My Girl. The opening bass riff is also very important. I recommend buying the tune.
