I'm mostly attracted to it because of the tequniqes it lists in the description but I'm a little hesitant to drop 40$ bucks on somthing with no reviews. is there a better place I can learn this stuff online? (I' already know basically how to slap, I was talking about the flamenco strumming and double stop riffs & stuff like that)

you may be able to get a lesson or two at that price from someone who can help you hands on (or one lesson for less).

This is actually a really good slap DVD. IT was made a while ago so the dress fashion has changed slightly (for the better!!! ) but it's one of the best slap lesson videos I have seen.

Good DVD. Alexis is an amazing player, and a very good teacher.
