Paul Westwood's Bass Bible

Hi everyone,
Just wondering does anyone have this book and the CDs? I lent it to someone and they went and lost the CD 1, and I don't see them anymore! If anyone could PM me if they could get hold of a copy of CD 1 or mp3s of it to me I would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Matt

Is it any good the book? My local shop has it but its pricey. It seems like a 'good to have book' for some light reading.

bass bible

It covers a wide range of styles although I found that the theory part was a bit thin. The examples on the CDs are very good though.

What a coincidence, I was just downloading this last night (yes I'm a cheater and a pirate, so shoot me) I'll have to check if it comes with the CDs, otherwise I might have to ask for a copy as well if that's not too much trouble. What exactly does it teach? There's no music or book store in town so I can't go and see for myself
