Hey all, I'd really like to practice with drums to work on pocket playing and grooving, but I don't have access to a drummer I can get a copy of Hammerhead drum machine, but I also don't have access to beat making skills Is there someplace I can get pre-made drum beats that I can play a long with, or would it be better to practice that as well and perhaps get a better sense of rhythm?

You can really get a lot of mileage out of that program and it has plenty of other features you can use. |

Yeah, I play a little bass too. I could tell what you were doing there. You were playing some major and minor scales. I was watching your hands.

IMO, every bass player should either learn how to play drums (not to a pro level, but you should be able to play well enough to perform some simple songs) OR learn how to program a drum machine.
Just my 2 cents.

Keep time with the hi-hat and snare, and beat our the rhythm on the bass drum. Add cymbals for accents. |

I have almost no experience with that.
