Hi

I've been playng for about a year with instrutor and am trying to make the leap from technique to integrating chords, scales arpeggios, etc.

I saw this book and reviews on bassbooks.com
Bass Encyclomedia by Mike Overly
[url=http://www.bassbooks.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=514]
and it's stellar reviews
http://www.bassbooks.com/shopping/sh...ist.asp?id=514

does anyone have experience with this book or others that helped integrate everything?

I'm also looking for a good book on rock bass - playing popular grooves and fitting in

thanks

Tom
