putting together a promo packet

I went into a nearby music store today to ask about their instructors, as I'm interested in teaching at the store. The guy at the counter told me all their teachers have music degrees, and though it's not technically required, it would be pretty tough to get in as a teacher without one on my resume.

I'm gonna try anyway. I figure, the worst that can happen is I don't get the position but I'm still left with a good promo packet to use elsewhere. I'm thinking I can put together a description of my playing experience, a CD demonstrating various styles, lesson curriculum samples, and some testimonials from current students. Any advice for what to do would be appreciated. Thanks.
